BOSTON - The University of New Hampshire men's indoor track team placed eighth out of 27 schools at the New England Championships held Friday and Saturday at Boston University. The Wildcats collected 25 points, while the University of Connecticut finished first with 180 points. Their closest pursuer, Northeastern, garnered 70.
DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire men's track team placed first in a three-team meet it hosted Saturday at the Paul Sweet Oval. The Wildcats totaled 165 points to pace the field, followed by Boston College (104) and Vermont (44).
KINGSTON, R.I. - The University of New Hampshire men's track team finished fifth in the eight-team University of Rhode Island Invitational held Saturday at Mackal Field House. Brown captured the meet with 174 points, followed by the host Rams (157), Boston College (73), UMass (49) and UNH (48). Holy Cross (16), Quinnipiac (9) and New Haven rounded out the field.
