SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED FOR 8TH ANNUAL WOMEN'S HOCKEY EAST CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNEY

WAKEFIELD, Mass. -- The field for the 8th Annual Women's Hockey East Association Championship tournament has been set. Second-seeded University of New Hampshire, which has won each of the last four titles, will face off against third-seeded Boston University on March 6 (3 p.m.) at Providence College's Schneider Arena.

Tickets for the 2010 Women’s Hockey East Championship are on sale now. Tickets may be purchased through the Providence College Athletic Ticket Office, by calling (401) 865-GOPC (4672) or by logging on to www.friars.com. Tickets prices are $5 for adults and $3 for seniors, youths and groups of 10 or more. Student from Hockey East schools are eligible for a complimentary ticket, with a valid student ID, at the box office on game day.
