DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire and the athletic department conducted its 24th annual Wildcat Santa toy drive to a local family this holiday season.
Members of the athletic department and campus staff donated a wide array of winter clothing, toys and charitable donations. The donation drive also consisted of donations from the Seacoast community and local businesses.
In addition, Wildcat Santa sold raffle tickets on campus and distributed 20 prizes to winners. The funds raised were used to purchase gifts and presents for the children in need.
Since 1990, Wildcat Santa has been committed to providing assistance to families in local communities who are critically in need.
Over the years, Wildcat Santa has been able to help out many families in our community as well as fire departments and homeless shelters.
