In her schoolgirl career at Salem High School, Reddy was a two-time All-State selection and the all-time leading point scorer (189 points: 125 goals, 64 assists) in lacrosse, and she also was named Gatorade NH Player of the Year in soccer. Reddy captained the Blue Devils’ lacrosse team as a junior and senior, and led the team in scoring both years.
