Correale Tabbed Warrior Player of the Week by Hockey East

WAKEFIELD, Mass. – Senior alternate captain Dan Correale (Prince George, British Columbia) was named the Warrior Hockey Player of the Week Monday as announced by the Hockey East Association.
Correale recorded a total of five points in two games this past weekend, totaling four goals and one assist. In Friday's on Oct. 23 tilt at the University of Massachusetts, Correale notched his first career hat trick in a 6-6 tie with the Minutemen. He recorded his first goal just 1:13 into the first period and scored his second at 18:39 of the period on a power play. Correale's third goal of the game came at 11:57 of the second period. On Saturday, Oct. 24, at No. 18 Union College, Correale notched a goal and an assist to help the Wildcats hand Union its first loss of the season in a 5-2 win.
The Wildcats are back on the ice on Saturday, Oct. 31 as they travel to Hockey East foe Merrimack College for a single game weekend. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. The Wildcats' next home game will take place on Friday, Nov. 20 against the University of Massachusetts at 7 p.m. They remain home the following night and host Boston College.
