Women's Lax Announces Clinics and Fall Tourney

DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire women's lacrosse team has announced that it will host girls high school clinics Sept. 26 and Oct. 17 as well as a Wildcat 7v7 Fall Classic on Oct. 25 for both high school and middle school.
The girls high school clinics will be held Sept. 26 and Oct. 17. Girls in grades 9-12 may attend either or both camps. The cost is $75 per clinic, and there is a discount offer to receive $25 back if you attend both camps. The Sept. 26 camp will be held 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Cowell Stadium. The Oct. 17 camp is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bremner Field.
Campers will learn from the UNH women's lax coaching staff, which includes head coach Sarah Albrecht, a two-time collegiate national champion, seven-year U.S. National Team veteran and two-time All-World Team selection, as well as UNH women's lacrosse student-athletes. The staff also includes UNH assistant coaches Erin Rigby (Fairfield University '10) and Jenna Martino (Saint Joseph's University '10).
The Wildcat 7v7 Fall Classic will be held Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with check in from 8:45-9:30 a.m. All teams must consist of a minimum of seven players, including a goalkeeper. The cost is $50 per player if you sign up as an individual or $400 per team. Players without a team may sign up as an individual and will be placed on a house team. There will be a clinic held from 9:30-10 a.m. Tournament games begin at 10 a.m. and will conclude with playoffs. The tourney consists of three divisions – high school, 2020/21 and 2022/23.
