• Lettered in football, basketball and track and field at Fairview High School.
• Helped lead his team to the football playoffs from 2005 through 2007. 
• Rushed for 2,078 yards and 32 touchdowns on 9.6 yards per carry during his senior season.
• Compiled 2,500 yards rushing for his career.
• Named second-team All-State as running back.
• Tallied 95 tackles and six interceptions for his career on defense.
