Celebration of the Life of Todd Walker: Wednesday, March 23, 8:15 p.m.

DURHAM, N.H. –The University of New Hampshire athletics department has announced a celebration of the life of UNH football student-athlete Todd Walker (Edwards, Colo.) on Wednesday, March 23, in Lundholm Gymnasium beginning at 8:15 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m., and the public is welcome to attend.

Walker, 20, suffered an untimely and heroic death on Friday, March 18, in Boulder, Colo., when he stopped a robbery and saved the life of a woman he was walking home.

The celebration is open to the public and will highlight Todd's life accomplishments in a slideshow presentation and through public speaking from members of the athletic department, football program and others in the UNH community.

Todd was a sophomore in the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
