Three UNH Field Hockey Players Named All-Americans

DURHAM, N.H.-Three University of New Hampshire field hockey players were named Astro Turf/NFHCA Division I All-Americans Monday. Senior midfielder Kristin Iarrusso (Southwick, Mass.) and junior goaltender Amy Agulay (London, Ont.) were named to the first team. Junior back Kelly Stowe (Topsfield, Mass.) earned second team honors.

A captain this year, Iarrusso led the team and the AMERICA EAST Conference in scoring with 14 goals and nine assists for 37 points. She garnered first team AMERICA EAST honors for her efforts. Iarrusso finished her career with 77 points, which ranks her seventh on the UNH all-time top point scorers list.

Agulay also received first team AMERICA EAST honors after posting a 2.01 goals against average and a .827 save percentage.

Also a captain this year, Stowe started every game for the Wildcats, finishing second behind Iarrusso in scoring with seven goals and 10 assists for 24 points. Stowe earned first team AMERICA EAST honors as well.
