DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire gymnastics team will host the University of Alaska Anchorage in a dual meet at Lundholm Gymnasium on Saturday (2/16). Meet time is 1 p.m.
The Wildcats (4-2) are coming off their best performance of the season, posting a season-high 194.900 score against nationally-ranked Penn State at home last Saturday. Junior Michelle Harley (Collegeville, Pa.) registered the third-highest all-around score in Wildcat history, coming in with a 39.275 while setting season-highs in all four events. The 'Cats set or matched 12 individual career highs against the Nittany Lions.
UAA is on the first leg of a three-meet New England swing that will also see the Seawolves compete at MIT and Vermont. Alaska Anchorage recently posted its highest team score in history (188.175) in a loss to UC-Davis last weekend.
After Saturday, the Wildcats have one remaining home meet, on March 2. That meet will see the 'Cats host Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Yale.
