DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire men's ice hockey program has announced that forward Matt Dzieduszycki (Mississauga, Ont.) has elected to forgo his college eligibility to play for the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League.
Dzieduszycki, a sophomore, has officially left school as of this afternoon and is expected to join Barrie tonight when the Colts play in his hometown of Mississauga, Ont.
In five games this season, Dzieduszycki registered a goal and two assists for three points. As a freshman last year, Dzieduszycki scored two goals and added six assists for eight points in 29 games.
