DURHAM, N.H-- Tyler Scott (Rockville, Md.), a freshman defenseman on the University of New Hampshire men's ice hockey team, will be withdrawing from the University and will be reporting to the Sioux Falls Stampede of the United States Hockey League on December 26th. Scott arrived in Durham in 1999, redshirted last season, and has not seen any action as a Wildcat. Scott is one of eight UNH players to be selected in the NHL early entry draft. He was drafted by the New York Islanders in 1999 with the 268th pick. Scott is expected to return to the Wildcat program next season.
