DURHAM, N.H.-- The University of New Hampshire athletic department has announced the remainder of the men's hockey TV broadcast schedule, in addition to the 10-game NHPTV schedule released earlier in the fall.
College Sports Television will broadcast the home opener against national runner-up North Dakota on Friday, Oct. 21 at the Whittemore Center and the Tuesday, Nov. 1 game against Boston College at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. CSTV will also travel to Orono, Maine for the Friday, Feb. 3 game against conference rival Maine at Alfond Arena. All CSTV broadcasts are a special 8 p.m. start.
NESN will continue their Friday Night Ice package as part of the Hockey East television agreement with Friday, Jan. 6 vs. Vermont at the Whittemore Center and the Friday, Feb. 17 game vs. Boston University at Agganis Arena.
ESPNU will also carry three Wildcat home games in 05-06 on Jan. 7 vs. Vermont, Jan. 21 vs. Massachusetts and Feb. 18 vs. Boston University.
WMUR-TV (ABC, Channel 9, Manchester, N.H.) will broadcast the fifth annual "Battle for the RiverStone" against Dartmouth College on Saturday, Jan. 14 at the Verizon Wireless Arena. Comcast will broadcast the Jan. 11 game at Yale (7:30 p.m.) in New Haven, Conn.
All other televised games have 7 p.m. start times with the exception of the CSTV and Comcast broadcasts.
