Wildcat men's hockey to host "Whiteout the Whit" on Saturday

DURHAM, N.H.-- The No. 12 ranked University of New Hampshire men's hockey team will face the No. 4 ranked University of Maine Black Bears for a single game on Saturday, Nov. 12 for the eighth annual "White Out the Whit" at the Whittemore Center (7 p.m.)

UNH (4-3-1, 3-1-0 HE) and conference rival Maine (8-2-0 overall, 3-1-0 HE) will face off in Hockey East action on Saturday night. The two teams are currently tied for second place in the Hockey East standings with six points apiece, along with Boston University.

All Wildcat hockey fans in attendance for the Maine game are encouraged to wear white to the game.

The jersey raffle at this weekend's games with Maine will feature UNH players Brett Hemingway and Kevin Regan.
