According to Robin Drown, Athletics Ticket Manager, "Many season ticket holders may think they have renewed already because the new on-line renewal process asked them to initially input their credit card information. This however, does not mean accounts have been renewed. Unless ticket holders got confirmation that their order had been received, their accounts have not been paid. Their seats have not been renewed."
Those season ticket holders who have still not renewed will be receiving an e-mail or a phone call that includes an application. They will then be instructed how to proceed. Orders will not be accepted that are sent via the US Postal Service.
All orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18th. They may be faxed to (603) 862-1977, called in to (603) 862-4000 ext. 5 or (603) 862-3838 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m., or delivered in person to the Whittemore Center Box Office.
Says Drown, "This is the first year of on-line renewals and managing one's own account. We have had some major glitches with the New Era ticketing system, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our fans. We want to give them every opportunity to renew their seats and have extended the deadlines on 3 occasions to accommodate the new process. But July 18th is the absolute last date for renewals."
