UNH Athletics Offers Specially-Priced Student Tickets for 2013 NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Regional
"We have the best student section in college hockey at the Whittemore Center, and our goal is to bring that 'White Out' feel to the Verizon Wireless Arena for this weekend's NCAA Regionals to the best of our ability," UNH Director of Athletics Marty Scarano said. "We are fully behind Coach Umile and the hockey team, and we are committed to making it even more affordable and convenient for our students to be there to support their Wildcats."
The specially-priced $10 student ticket packages, which will allow admission to all three games of the Northeast Regional, are available at the Whittemore Center Box Office or online at https://www.events.unh.edu/RegistrationForm.pm?event_id=14581 on a first-come, first-served basis until they are sold out, or until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27. Once the limited supply of $10 ticket packages are sold out, students can still purchase $32 ticket packages until Wednesday at 12 p.m.
Beginning at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, and for the remainder of the weekend, the student ticket price increases to $35 per day (Friday, Saturday) of the tournament with no package offerings.
Students who take advantage of the special $10 ticket package will also have the exclusive opportunity to secure a free seat on the 'Cat Pack fan bus that will depart for Manchester from the Paul Creative Arts Center at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 29. Space is limited, so that offer is while supplies last. The fan bus will arrive in Manchester in time for the UNH game versus Denver only.
Students who purchase a game ticket can opt in or out on riding the 'Cat Pack fan bus. Students must present a valid UNH student ID when boarding the fan bus and picking up their ticket at will call at the Verizon Wireless Arena.
