DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's ice hockey individual game tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, over the phone 1-800-745-3000, or in person at the Whittemore Center Box Office. Individual game ticket prices will be $24/$19 for reserved chairback and non-chairbacks respectively. Premium game tickets will be $26/$19. UNH athletics announced seven premium games in the 2013-14 season including Michigan (Oct. 18-19), Boston College (Dec. 6), Nebraska-Omaha (Jan. 3-4), Maine (Jan. 24, and Notre Dame (Jan. 31 Feb.1).
The Wildcats open the 2013-14 campaign at home with an exhibition game against Acadia on Saturday, Oct. 5. The 'Cats welcome Michigan back to the Whittemore Center for the first time since 2010-11 for a two game series on Oct. 18-19.
UNH will play five home games in the month of November with tilts against UMass Lowell (Nov. 2), UMass (Nov. 8), Brown (Nov. 12), Northeastern (Nov. 16) and Harvard (Nov. 26). In a break-shortened December, the Wildcats will play Hockey East rival Boston College (Dec. 6).
On the non-conference side, UNH will play host to Nebraska-Omaha on Jan. 3-4. New Hampshire will travel to Manchester, N.H., to play Dartmouth in the annual Battle for the RiverStone Cup at the Verizon Wireless Arena on Jan. 11. The 'Cats return home against Union College on Jan. 17-18. The following weekend, UNH hosts Hockey East rival Maine on Jan. 24 and closes out January with Hockey East's newest team, Notre Dame, for a two-game series Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.
Finishing their home schedule in early February UNH plays host to Boston University on Feb. 14.
