UNH Men's Soccer downed by NH Phantoms in spring finale, 3-1

DURHAM, N.H.-- The Wildcat men's soccer team was defeated by the New Hampshire Phantoms, 3-1 Sunday, April 25th on Bremner Field in the final match of their spring season on the UNH campus.

Junior midfielder Tyler Jackson (Amherst, N.H.) converted UNH's lone goal of the game, which came on a penalty kick in the first half. Junior forward Logan Lee (Racine, Wisc.) initiated UNH's goal as he raced down the left side line onto a through ball only to be tripped in the box.

Junior goalkeeper Mike Vignola (Hudson, N.H.) played the first half, allowing two goals, while freshman netminder Brian Levey (Pittsburgh, Pa.) played the second frame and gave up one goal on a penalty kick.
