DURHAM, N.H. – Head coach Jim Boulanger recently announced that the 2009 University of New Hampshire Track & Field Golf Scramble will be held Monday, May 11 at Campbell's Scottish Highlands in Salem, N.H.
Proceeds from the 15th annual Scramble will benefit the UNH Track & Field and Cross Country programs. The format is a four-player scramble with a shotgun start beginning at 8:30 a.m. Players may enter as either a team or an individual. Prizes will be awarded, but the scramble is essentially for fun and allows alumni, along with friends, to support a great athletic program. Prizes will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place teams, as well as for closest to the pin on all par 3's, longest drive and hole-in-ones. Raffle prizes will also be handed out at the scramble, which is open to the public (men and women) and is not limited to UNH Alumni.
The pricing for the scramble is $125 per person, which includes an 18-hole green fee, golf cart, access to a locker room and a barbeque lunch.
Those who do not wish to play can consider becoming a sponsor at one of four different sponsorship levels
