DURHAM, N.H. - For the second year in a row, the University of New Hampshire men's and women's soccer teams received the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Team Academic Award for the 2007-08 academic year.

Out of over 1600 eligible institutions, 363 teams were honored, however, only 59 institutions including UNH, earned the award for both their men's and women's programs. Teams qualified for the award based on a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. For UNH, the men's team accumulated a GPA of 3.18, while the women's team earned a 3.15 for the year.
For the women's program, they have garnered the award four of the last five years, including each of the last three seasons. As for the men, they have been honored each of the last two academic years.
