2009-10:

• Selected to the America East All-Conference Team.
• Set a new pool, America East and UNH record in the 800-yard freestyle relay with a time of 7 minutes and 21.11 seconds at the America East Championships.
• Led UNH to a second place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay with an NCAA provisional cut time of 3:24.08.
• Earned the Most Improved Award at the team’s annual awards banquet.

2008-09:

• A three-time 2009 America East Consolation Finalist in the 200, the 500, and the 1650 Free
• Member of the UNH Record Setting 400 Freestyle Relay

2007-08:
• Finaled in all of her events at the America East Championships, placing 4th in both the 500 and 1650 free and placing 5th in the 200 free
• Anchored the ECAC title-winning 400 Medley Relay for the Wildcats
• Was an ECAC individual finalist
  
Before UNH: One of two Canadians in this year’s freshman class, Wollenzien competed for Dr. John M. Denison High School, where she was team captain and placed in the top three at the OFSAA, Ontario’s all-high school meet. Specializing in freestyle but also strong in backstroke events Wollenzien has had much experience at the provincial and more recently national level in Canada. Swimming for the Newmarket Stingrays Swim Club Kiersten placed in the top eight at both the junior and senior Provincial Championships. She has also competed at the Eastern Canadian Championships. Kiersten will have an immediate impact on UNH’s middle distance events and joins an already powerful backstroke contingent.
