ORONO, ME -- The University of New Hampshire volleyball team posted a 3-0 win over the University of Maine on Sunday. The game scores were 15-11, 15-9, 15-4. UNH improves to 21-9 overall and 12-2 in America East. The Wildcats currently sit in second place in America East.

Senior Jillian Ross (Naperville, Ill.) had a match-high 28 kills and 17 digs for UNH while senior setter Stacy Barnett (Crystal Lake, Ill.) was solid with 14 digs and a team-high 41 assists. Freshman Alyson Coler (Monte Sereno, Calif.) chipped in with 13 kills and 17 digs.

Maine was led by Leah Voss who registered. 11 kills and 13 digs.

The Wildcats return to action next Saturday with a trip to conference-leading Hofstra.
