2005 UNH Volleyball “Dig It” for Holly Tournament

The University of New Hampshire announces a special volleyball tournament that will take place on Sunday, May 1 at 1:00 pm at Lundholm Gymnasium.

The UNH Volleyball "Dig It" for Holly Tournament is a fundraiser for Holly Young, a member of the UNH Volleyball team, who is being treated for a rare form of bone cancer.

Teams made up of athletes, coaches, campus adult groups, students, and others, will field 6-12 players. Each group may enter up to three teams. The round-robin tournament will culminate in the winner's playing the UNH Volleyball team.

Each team will pay a $40 entry fee to participate. Fans will pay $2 admission. Tickets are available on game day only at the Field House Box Office.

Face painting, athlete autographs, a special appearance by Wild E. Cat, and other activities will be offered for all fans. Donations to help the Young family with medical expenses may be made to:
