Albany, N.Y. - Shelby Goldman and Ashley Hunter each recorded 14 kills to lead UAlbany to a 3-0 victory over New Hampshire in America East Conference women's volleyball action on Sunday, Oct. 17 at University Gymnasium. The Great Danes registered scores of 30-20, 30-27 and 30-23 to remain the conference's only unbeaten team at 5-0.

Ashley DeNeal played strong defensively for the Great Danes, tallying 23 digs. Ashlee Reed showed solid all-around effort with seven kills, nine digs and a team-best three block assists. Eileen Nicole Rodriguez notched three aces and now needs seven to break the NCAA career mark.

Emmy Blouin paced the Wildcats (5-15, AE 1-4) with 13 kills, while Jen Williams registered 17 digs.

UAlbany (17-5, AE 5-0) extended its unbeaten streak to 11 matches and is a perfect 6-0 at home this season.

UNH's next home match is Friday, Oct. 22 vs. Hartford. Match time at Lundholm Gym is 7 p.m. The match can be heard live on the radio on the UNH Sports Network, tune into the match on the seacoast to WTSN Radio (1270 AM).
